It's slow in effectiveness
The dosage of ingredients is very small so it takes time to show results all the sane for the price it's good. I eventually shifted to another product with higher dosage but this was good if you don't want 3spend too much

No use for me. Had side effect
I ordered it reading at the good reviews and secondly it is natural but I had a side effect just after taking 2nd capsule on 2nd day.Side effects symptoms were1.Digestive system imbalances2.Nausea3.stomach crampI was wondering why I hv this prb in just these 2 days than I thought about this supplement which was new in my diet.I opened google n typed that is their any side effects from biotin n yes it showed same symptoms which I mentioned above.So for me its BIG NO.It didnt suit me..

No noticeable change.
I've been using for 4-5 weeks now. In all honesty, I don't see any changes in my hair or skin. While I'm having these capsules, I also maintain a healthy diet with adequate protein, fibre, complex carbs, and moderate fats. I know that vitamin capsules tend to have a placebo effect after a point so it's imperative to eat natural and healthy foods. Apart from that it's best to not read up on side-effects to not give yourself a scare and suffer a negative placebo. Will continue with these tablets for a couple more weeks before coming to a final decision. Will update soon.Update: Finished the entire bottle. No noticeable change. I maintain my previous review. I doubt it works. Might try another reliable, known brand.
