arrived well packed, easy to assemble and to use. doesn't offer much heat or colour in flame, not sure if that is the fuel I bought, but can see flame just.

Excellent product

The media could not be loaded. It's well built and the flame looks great. You can use it inside and outside thanks to the glass. It does get warm so use the tools that come with it. You need to buy medical alcohol to use as clean fuel. It is the best one I've ever bought and yes it is the only one I've bought. The rocks are hard to get in the right place and it's a bit of a hassle to light without a long lighter.

The media could not be loaded. The glass broke when the flame was burning. It is not good quality glass.

Packaged well, pleased with the look, doesn't give off a lot of heat so only used in a small room. I may invest in a larger one soon as overall they're a good alternative to electric fan heater type fires, if you don't have a gas supply.

Not my best purchase. Quite annoying the stoned keep falling into the burner. Then my daughter bumped into the patio table and knocked the glass off. Which is just free standing on the frame. Fortunately it didn’t break. But what can you expect for £22. Works ok though. Looks nice in the dark. But not the big flame shown in the photo
