Tiny Worlds, Big Fun
This kids’ microscope is way more than just a toy - it’s like a pocket-sized science lab with a surprisingly solid 2.1" HD screen. The magnification range from 100x to 1000x lets kids actually see details in leaves, fabrics, bugs, and just about anything they can find. The angled screen is a smart design choice too - it saves your neck and eyes from all the squinting. The 6 LED lights are a game-changer for low-light viewing, and the brightness is adjustable, which is great when you're peering at something translucent or reflective. The fact that it can take photos and videos with the included 32GB TF card? Huge win. My little scientist spent an hour recording their “discoveries” like a nature documentary host. It's super lightweight - barely heavier than a smartphone and the focus is intuitive enough that kids can use it on their own. Overall, it's a great gift idea for ages 8-12, and let’s be honest... adults will end up playing with it too.

The Perfect Gift
Purchased this for my six year old grandson. Perfect gift for a curious child and it keeps his attention for hours. The slides were a great way to introduce him to another world not visible to the naked eye. Being able to detach the scope, he can bring it outside to look at the veins of a leaf or details of a bug. The other day he fell and cut himself and he wanted to see what a drop of blood looked like under the microscope! Could he be a future scientist?

Great Microscope for Kids
Our 3 year old (and her dad) really enjoy taking this microscope around the house and seeing different objects magnified. The slides are a nice activity for 40 minutes, and the microscope has had hours of use. Lighting is good, and a long battery life. The magnifying dial is easy to use for an adult, but for a kid under age 5 can be a bit difficult. Taking a star off as the bottom plastic holder scratches easily, and even though it says 1000x we haven't been able to view any germs yet (from pond water samples for example).

Great "toy" for all ages
I purchase this microscope for my grandson's 7th birthday. I new it was a hit when he had been playing with it for a while and came running in from outside and said, "Grandma, let's do science!" We went outside and looked at dirt and lichens and of course, dog poop!I was relating this story to my 85-year old mother and she commented that it really sounded fun, so I sent one to her as well. She said it would help her "read all the fine print," but I know that she is having as much science fun as her great grandson. It works well on the stand with the DIY slide, which is easy to use. The best feature is taking is off the stand and looking at the small world that surrounds us.

We ALL love it!!!!
I got this microscope as a christmas gift for my son because he LOVES science and all things bugs. I figured that he may love to play with it this spring and summer to see the bugs up close and when the flowers start blooming. Well, he hasn't stopped playing with it since he opened it up. He has put fruit under it to see up close, our dogs fur, the things it actually came with. Then there were the things that did not bring me joy but I learned from them, toe and fingernails 😳 and boogers 🤮. Saying that he's obsessed with this is quite the understatement. I am very pleased with this product

Great for Curious Learners
Even though my granddaughter was 6 years old, she already loved her digital microscope. She was fascinated looking through the visual screen which had the option to turn on a light or use natural light. I love that there were many microscope slides with items in them for my little one to look at. Soon, she wanted to grab other things like leaves, pieces of material or fabric, and even an ant to place in the tray provided to look at. She loved it! I was also very impressed at how clearly you can see objects magnified.
