These patches work well to draw gunk out of any blemishes and reduce their size. They also work well to promote healing of small scratches. I work in healthcare and frequently cover small scrapes on my hand with them instead of band-aides to both heal the scrapes and keep them sealed off from frequent handwashing. The large strips you can cut to size are very handy.
