I have the trend scribe which is great for floor to skirting etc. I wanted something better than the needle push shaped jig. Professional joiner here. It's a good tool and certainly better than the options without a specific tool (washer and pencil, compass etc). I would agree with everyone here and say, the item is definitely overpriced for what it is and what it is made from. I suppose you are paying partly as part of a captive market, given there aren't a whole lot of options out there. This has definitely helped me scribe decor panels to stone walls nicely!

Been a joiner over 40 years always used a block of wood for scribing but times change ,thought I would give it a go ,very good idea and easy to adjust very accurate particularly on complicated mouldings happy with my purchase

Superb! Indispensible tool if you need to profile. It's almost effortless in marking your work piece. This is one of those tools which you never realised was so useful until you have one. Excellent quality and value. One-handed tool, accuracy is brilliant, would definitely recommend this to any one top marks all round. Well worth the money. Delivered on time & very pleased with my purchase.

I make my bread and butter scribing, was hoping that this product would help... um it works really well on the long straight stuff but not good in corners or tight stuff... but does what is claims otherwise

Good little tool but a little over priced. small margin between scribing that is missed.
