Super easy to figure out and use. The water/steam heats quickly and the cord is long and thick enough that I don’t worry about it getting tangled, bent or snagged while moving around. Light weight. Plenty of attachments for different projects. Speak design and easy to hold.I do think it would be nice if it came with a docking station that stores the attachments, measuring cup and cord. I saw on their website that they sell one separately but didn’t see that as an option when buying through Amazon.The cloths it came with are also thin so it would feel like you’re getting more value for your money and better prepared to truly use it if it came with more cloths or thicker ones. Perhaps different materials other than just microfiber cloth, like shaggy mopping rags.Otherwise great product and works awesome. I’ve used it on my couches and floors with great results. Can be used delicately or for deep cleaning given the numerous attachments and different steam levels.

Works great in windows. The steam melts away the grim. Does not leak. Read the directions, when starting up you will get a gush of water before the steam starts. Very versatile for many other cleaning projects. Steam output is great on start up but then diminishes as the water level goes down in the tank. Over all it’s great for many projects.

I only did 4 stars because I haven't gotten to use it yet but when it came (it came fast) I looked through each piece and they seemed sturdy and decent quality, each peice listed in description was present. The machine looks and feels durable, heavy in the sense that it's wasn't cheap flimsy plastic. I am happy that it seems well built as it was priced so well. Once I use it I will update my review though.

I love my new steam cleaner. I use it for everything. Especially cleaning the bathroom and my laundry washer. this it does get extremely hot! Be careful while using. I use my thick rubber cleaning gloves while using as to not burn myself. I would highly recommend this product. It comes with great attachments to use and it is a great price! I am very happy with this product!

Was good at first. as a car detailer i use it everyday and it was good for a month. started leaking. until after 6 months its completely stopped working.

I rarely leave reviews, but the Waitbird Steam Cleaner totally deserves one! It’s powerful, easy to use, and makes cleaning feel way less like a chore. It's okay, I think it would be better to spend a bit more and get better quality. The clip on the one I got also would not work. However the smaller nozzles for cleaning corners and showers did a good job!
