Not not waste money
We bought our bikes from the company directly, however I wanted to take the time to warn people not to waste their money. Not only is the bike junk, it doesn’t keep a charge very long, parts fall off, and on top of everything it’s 100 percent impossible to contact the company for a return, return or help at all. No one appears to work there. They will not answer the phone, return emails or fb messages.Again! But from somewhere else. They’re not cheap to begin with and obviously don’t stand behind their product .

Great bike
My kid had to have this bike after her friend got one. It has lived up to the hype and she absolutely loves it. The quick charge is awesome. Definitely recommend for any little ones learning to ride or looking to get an e-bike

Junk
These are junk...spent 5k on 2 bikes and with 125 miles on them they quit and they will not warranty
