after my old dyson died, replaced with animal ball 2, didnt want to go for battery powered hoover as house is big.It picks up dog hairs very well, and is really easy to use.Attachments are much better than dc033, little spinning attachement actually works and doesnt get clogged up. Everything seems to be designed well, everything slots into place easilyOnly 1 downside, managed to block the hoover once, and its a pain to unblock. Oh and it does fall down easily

This most be are six or seventh Dyson we have had it two months. It is the most powerful. One we have used it has three levels of suction on the High it hard to move over carpet Wow .the Hose is long plenty for the stairs the cable works to do the hole house in one socket there are tools for all your needs the only small complaint. Would be where the tools go on the machine is they lock in place witch is good but when taking of can be tricky removing and pressing the bottom then the tool holder comes away from the machine can be frustrating other wise fantastic machine .last thing changing to the Hose is one of the easiest to do when you work it out .

Absolutely amazing!! First time I bought Dyson product to be honest, we have two dogs and two cats! I cleaned my bedrooms yesterday with my old hoover ( Henry) but we have very thick carpets to be honest and obviously the old hoover wasn’t powerful enough. Today I received this beast and you can see on the pic the amount of dust and hair. My house is very clean ( that’s what I thought 🤔🙄) I hoover our bedrooms every 2 days but I can see the difference now between the old one and new one! You get what you pay for! Worth every penny!! Easy to use and amazing, very happy customer 👏🏻👍😁

We’re really happy with this vacuum cleaner - it’s easy to assemble, use and maintain and most importantly brings the carpets up a treat. The animal attachment is great and picks up all the cat hairs from our sofa. The only negative we’ve found is that on our deeper pile carpets it is quite hard to push / pull even on the lowest setting, alright if you don’t mind a bit of a workout but someone elderly / physically frail might struggle.

This was replacement for an older big ball dyson, the old one performed well but was a beast to handle, this new one is slightly smaller and lighter to handle but works really well..... highly recommended. Delivery was quick and professional.

I have to say the seller Deep Deals have very good, if not excellent customer care. There was an initial mistake with my order and the wrong model was delivered, but after letting deep deals know they have done everything possible to speedily correct the error.
