Noticeable difference in mental clarity, strength, and overall libido. It only took a few days but i noticed I was able to crank out a few more reps of each lift at the gym and I added weight to most of my lifts within a week or two (5-10 pounds). Definitively worth the money for me!

I have only been taking this supplement for about a week, but I have not noticed a huge difference in my recovery post workout, or my increasing my ability to sleep better/feel more rested post sleep. I will say I haven't had any adverse side effects either, so I am hoping its just a matter of time before it kicks in.
