The device is easy to use and the directions are easy to understand. It’s better to use some oil on your skin, the device glides easier on your skin and is more comfortable to use. I haven’t used it consistently enough to speak to results but you can choose the light to use for your skin’s issues. The battery life is pretty great too.

Give it a try again, the first one I bought and never used, until I tried it. EMS mode only worked once, and then it stopped working; otherwise, Clean and Hot modes worked fine. I can't return or exchange it because it's past the return period, despite having used it only once. While I was looking to order another one, I saw a newer version and decided to give it a try again. I hope the MGS mode functions properly and doesn't have the same issues as the first one from the left of the picture.
