Great item. The Bluetooth was easy to pair, the programming was intuitive and I am happy with its efficiency. Recommended

The programming and the app are fine and I suppose the on board computer is doing what it's supposed to do, but inside it's nothing but a mess of Criss Crossing copper wires connecting to plastic solenoids. It doesn't matter what signals are being sent to the solenoid, when the solenoid itself won't open. For me personally I rearranged the wires so they weren't touching each other. It seems to work upon initial testing, but a day later when it was set to run on the timer nothing is working -not automatically or manually. The buttons light up when you press them and you can hear the solenoids try to engage, but nothing happens. They don't open and my yard remains dry.

I like the ability to stand on my deck and turn on the sprinklers. Before I had to move the sprinklers due to having just one hose.

Bluetooth works great best and easiest timer I have ever used and I can trust it to follow the programming which is very flexible

I have now been using these for 2 years. I have 4 installed I have had to replace 2 of them and I will be replacing 1 a third time. It broke leading to a huge water leak, water was gushing everywhere this is the 1st time that has happened the others simply stopped working.

The customer service folks are extremely helpful. I have an older model besides this one and it was having some issues connecting. The CS team was super-responsive and took care of all my issues. The products themselves are well built and they have made a customer for life with me as long as they maintain this kind of standard!

Very east to use but the Bluetooth is not as strong as they say it is. I get about 10 feet away and it can't find connection. Everything else about it is great!

When it works, it works great. It's just poorly constructed and never lasts more than one calendar year. I've owned six and replaced a pair each of the last three years. No mas.
