Poron Full Length Insoles | 100% Shock Absorbing | Blue (Medical Grade)

The insoles did ease the pain on the outer edge of my right foot and thus were a good buy. Each time I removed my slip-on shoes the insole always came out on removal. Irritating but not so that a can’t recommend these insoles.

My husband was advised by the doctor to buy these Blue Medical pads for his shoes. Very thin but has done the job.taken a lot of pain away as his feet were getting worse by the day,as he had two corns underneath his foot and was in constant pain so relief at last

The insoles are comfortable enough but could be thicker

They do the job, but took a long time to arrive.

Easy to trim if necessary, much more comfortable with them in place.

Not very impressed with these for the money. They are very thin and I didn't find they provided much in the way of shock absorption. They are quite a "sticky" (if that's the right word) synthetic rubber type of material which gripped my socks better than the inside of the shoe; net result I found it almost impossible to get my foot into the shoe without these rumpling up. Also, once I did get them sorted, they were very hot to use. All in all, a complete failure for me, and they went in the bin after a short initial wear.

Easy to cut and good cushioning for such a thin insole. Recommend.

Difficult to cut into shape. Kept curling up in my shoes and eventually split in two. Didn’t notice any particular increase in comfort or foot protection.
