I picked this product because I wanted something to help with snoring that would be simple. It is definitely simple to use but I do not like this product. Having something in your mouth at night that does not snap in (maybe like dentures or a retainer) is difficult. It is not like you fall asleep as soon as you lay down, so this product is an inconvenience, because you can't talk with it in your mouth. It falls out. Not all that comfortable.

I got it to see if it helped with snoring. So far I noticed it was beneficial at keeping mouth closed and less drool, but the snoring continues.. I also think the sizing is very weird and doesn't fit correctly on the mouth, I'm guessing because it was made to be universal. I don't think the day time mouth piece is needed either, I would of rather received two of the night time so they can be interchanged. I think the quality is good but there is room for improvement. It works good for maintaining mouth closed and help with overbites or biting in sleep, but not great for stopping snoring.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:So let me start off by saying, I decided on this product because I have previously been using mouth tape that I found on TikTok. And while I enjoyed the benefits from mouth taping, I did not like taking the tape off the next morning. It always hurt my skin, as well as I do enjoy drinking water throughout the night when I wake up, and you can’t really do that with mouth tape, so I thought this could be a better option.I like the fact that this is a two piece system. One for day use, and one for night use. I feel like I get a better sense of comfortability after I’ve used the daytime piece a few days before incorporating the night mouthpiece. The daytime mouthpiece fits a lot better because it is a little bit smaller, and I’ve had a little trouble with the night time mouthpiece fitting just right. But I still think it does the job. Regardless, they are both really comfortable.I do not have issues with snoring, but I’ve always had issues with dry mouth and sore throat upon waking up in the mornings in the past, and I feel like this helps. I’ve also had noticeable differences with the quality of my sleep, the defining of my jawline, and I do have a significant overbite that I feel like this will help with. Overall, I think the price is great, and it is a good product. I will continue using, and I do recommend to others.

Too small for men, not sure it would work at all even then.

I love this simple little device! It works to stop my snoring, stop my teeth grinding, and i don't wake up with my mouth dry up like a cotton ball. I've used many "moldable" dental guards costing $50-75, and one custom guard from the dentist. This one is simple and effective, keeping my tongue up and encouraging me to breathe through my nose. The little "handle" and neck rope keep me from misplacing it in the morning or losing it during the night.

This mouthpiece works well for my boyfriend who snores. I like that it came with one for the daytime to get used to it before trying to sleep with it in. After a few days of using the daytime one he was comfortable enough to use it at nighttime.
