Acne Treatment - Acne Cream, SPF Face Protection, Face wash & Toner - Set of 4

The set comes with everything you need to have a simple, no frills skincare regime to address acne problems without using too many products at once.Face wash - works like a typical foaming cleanser but you are supposed to pat the foam on the skin, let it sit for a minute or two and then wet your hands to add water and wash as you would normally, it does seems to get a better cleanse when letting it sit for at leastr 30 seconds. It is very stripping though so definitely needs good moisture replenishing after.Toner - very good BHA that cleans the pores well and doesn't leave the skin feeling gross and greasy like so many BHAs do.SPF - very greasy, definitely not a fan of it and I don't use it on a daily basis for that reason, it's definitely hydrating but that comes with a lot of grease.Night Cream - love it! and I believe this is what has helped my skin the most, it does feel more like a serum though and I always feel like I need to put a moisturiser on top of it because it absorbs and the skin feels like it doesn't have anything on it but other than that it's been working nicely.Overall it's a very good set that I've been impressed with, would suggest trying it if you have problems with breakouts.

This skincare set is targeted towards acne-prone skin and comes with a toner, a foaming face wash, a day cream including SPF 50 and a night cream. I used these products consistently for a week and I think it did have an effect on my skin, but did not clear it up completely, however, I do not have acne prone skin but do struggle with closed comedones and sensitive skin. The foaming face wash was easy to use and had a pleasant smell, although I found it a bit strange that I had to leave it on my face for a few minutes before washing off, as this is different to other face washes. Each pump does surprisingly use a lot of product, after a week about a sixth of the bottle was gone. The toner contains BHAs and antioxidants and was easy to apply with a cotton pad, I liked the packaging. The toner had a really nice scent, didn’t feel too heavy on the skin and made my skin feel clean afterwards. The day cream absorbed nicely into my skin and didn’t look too greasy but did make my face look a bit shiny, which goes away throughout the day. There were a few problems with dispensing the day cream, as there was a bit of built up pressure and so the product didn’t come out smoothly. The night cream felt nice on the skin, didn’t feel too heavy or greasy and also absorbed nicely into the skin. I couldn’t find much information about the brand, only the stockist and it’s uncertain whether this is the parent brand or not, and I would prefer more brand transparency.

A complete set of face care which has been great to use. Has kept my clear from breakouts and using them in the correct sequence. Would definitely recommend to anyone to keep breakouts undercontrol. Quite pricey for the full set but worth it! :)

Personally, my acne isn't the worst however I still have a lot on my cheeks. All of the products are gentle and not too harsh on my skin. What I liked about both day and night creams is that they don’t leave a greasy shiny finish. The one thing I didn’t like that much was the scent of the creams, I am unsure what scent they are trying for but I prefer no scent.Overall, for £39.99 at the time of review, this is far too pricey in my opinion. Each bottle is small at around 100ML and it feels hard to justify this price, Due to this I find it hard to recommend. 3 stars.

This skincare set for acne-prone skin is very useful. It contains a foaming cleanser, a toner, a day cream with SPF and a night cream. The cleanser foams up and is easy to rinse away, and it's not drying at all. The toner applies smoothly and makes a great base for putting cream on. The day cream absorbs quickly into the skin and feels hydrating to the skin, whilst the night cream is richer and feels more nourishing. Overall, a great set of products for a complete skincare routine, whilst helping to keep the skin clear from spots at the same time.

Acne, along with eczema, is associated with bacteria that live on skin, that for some reason causes inflammation and infection in some unfortunate individuals. That is why this set of wash, toner, day and night creams, is absolutely worth trying. The foaming wash feels great on the face, very soothing and moisturising, while at the same time tackling those irritating and persistent bacteria on the skin. The toner helps eliminate grease on the pores and smooths out the skin. The two creams are non irritating and I love the fact the day cream has an impressive SPF 50. The richer night cream contains fruit enzymes and restores the skin's barrier.I like the products and it's interesting that they are boxed as a gift set. I'm not sure a gift set of acne treatment would go down well as a birthday present. But hey, treat yourself.My reservations are, that the whole complex list of ingredients are listed on the box but not on the page. There's a lot of really good stuff in there, but the creams are very strongly perfumed. They might be natural "parfum" and a gorgeous smell, but for ultra sensitive skin, no perfume is even better.
