I never write reviews, but I seriously appreciate how easy it was to set this computer up. After setting up the computer it gives the option to make another log in for kids! I made one easily, hasn't negatively impacted or gotten in the way of anything. I also really appreciate how easy it was to connect my printer. I have never had a printer. I am loving HP and glad I looked at reviews before making the purchase. VERY pleased.

Good lap top for good price

NO COMPLAINTS. THIS WAS A WARRANTY REPLACEMENT TO ANOTHER HP DESKTOP THAT HAD CLEAR ISSUES. THUS FAR WITH THIS UNIT IT IS PERFECT FOR ME AND MY USE.

It is a nice looking computer though the base takes up too much room on the desktop and the power button is located so that anytime you try to adjust you computer screen it powers off. All things I could have worked around, however the hard drive failed after about 20 days of use with no way to reset or wipe it before return. I processed the return through Amazon and paid for UPS to come pick it up (twice, because I didn't print the label in color the first time and it got returned, so I had to pay for it to be picked up again, I'll take the blame for that) then I waited to be refunded. After two weeks I contacted the seller through Amazon and the refund was processed within 48 hours, however I was charged a restock fee of $118. If I had known I would get charged such a high restock fee for the return of a faulty item I probably would have just kept it and brought it in to be fixed locally. I've since bought a new computer, avoiding the HP brand and this seller. An expensive lesson to learn.

Very fast, I only access websites and no games or whatever. I am just trying to get my finances and other work done such as Excel workbooks and other. This really helps move things along. My old HP was not upgradeable and got the horrible blue screen. This one is really great for what I need. I did replace the wired keyboard and mouse. They were not very good. HP needs to improve those. Why do we need to replace them when they could just include a wireless mouse and keyboard that works! I muddled through my old keyboard for years and put up with it and didn't need to. HP needs to step up and provide viable, workable keyboards and mousies!

Easy to set up, love it. My first computer and it’s easy to use and it just perfect for me and my family to use.
