The watch had Chinese written on the dial. Why give an equipment in India with Chinese language. It was also not possible to connect thro Bluetooth between the watch and app

Vet poor response from Amazon
This product stopped working as soon as the return window expired. I tried to contact Amazon agents and their response was very frigid. They didn’t help at all. They gave me a number to contact which is not valid. No place to put forward the problem for solutions. I’ve been a steady customer of Amazon but I suggest people to refrain from on line shopping in Amazon specially electronic goods

DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT.
DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT. First they sent the package with broken charger, so replaced the order. Now after 3 weeks of purchasing watch has stopped working. Customer care is saying this can not be replaced now due to its passed the date of return window and I have to deal with Fitbit directly.. REALLY DISAPPONITED...

Worst battery life ever
This product does not even deserve 1 star. At the start the battery life was decent. After 8 months this situation is worse. At night the battery is 100% and by morning it drains out completely. The kms tracking is not accurate as well.

Faulty product
We are having a terrible time trying to make this watch work. Doesn’t switch on ever. Tried multiple calls to the call Center. Tried going to tech stores. No useBasically wasted 15k on this.
