I recently purchased this steel idly maker, and I must say, it has been a fantastic addition to my kitchen! The build quality is excellent, with sturdy stainless steel construction that ensures durability and easy maintenance. The three plates provide ample space to steam multiple idlies at once, making it perfect for family meals or gatherings.The design is simple yet effective, and the plates fit perfectly inside the steamer, allowing for an even steam distribution. The idlies turn out soft, fluffy, and well-cooked every time. I also appreciate that it's easy to clean, and the steel material doesn't retain any odors or stains.

Bottom is very thin . Can break from the bottom on high flame/ heat. So use in medium flame.Also contains less water ,so if not take off from the cooktop or flame within 15 minutes after starting ,the water will be dry early and the bottom will break in the absence of water. So be careful about the time.Bottom should be thick and water capacity should be high. Need to improve these two things.

Working properly. Sturdiness thickness rust resistance is it's quality. If the price is 400 that would be great but I bought for 568 rs.
