The build quality is terrible, and it raises serious concerns about both safety and reliability.
Today we received a Lifelong Idly Cooker and fixed all the accessories, but the quality turned out to be extremely poor.In the evening, when we tried cooking idly for the very first time, the screw on the lid broke while opening. We were stuck in a very crucial and unsafe situation, struggling to open the cooker.This is unacceptable — the product did not even last one single use. The build quality is terrible, and it raises serious concerns about both safety and reliability.

Metal feels heavy, fine thickness and good quality stainless steel material. Comes with three plates with cooker can cook upto 12 idlis at a time, which is easy to use. Good product and worth buying

A good budget friendly purchase
The knob handle of the covering lid is very loose and drops all the time and cannot be tightened using screw driver. Otherwise the idli cooker is very nice and works perfectly. The whistle also functions perfectly. It makes neatly cooked idlis in few minutes. Works fine on induction cooker. Altogether a good purchase.

Overall it's Fine for use and just ok for the price.The steel lid is thin but the Base pot is comparatively thick.Lid and pot base is little loose.Very compact and small sized.Overall quality of the product is just ok and not best especially when it comes to the quality of steel in lid.Need to check further about the functionality of the product.Seems to be like it will be alright with its function.

Makes idlis quickly
Such a good product!! I can easily make idlis now. The shape of idlis are smaller but it cooks very well and quick. The stainless steel body is durable! Highly recommend

Steel good quality but spot welding and perfection not good.
I found it broken handle, the spot welding of one handle missing . Another problem is the plate does not fit horizontal. The liquid can drop one side.I must return it .
