Shilajit is a good food supplment well worth a try

I used to have shilajit in the capsules, but then I switched to this,, and at first it was like eating mud,, but then I got used to the texture and taste, I found that I has lowered my heart rate by 2% according to my watch, I do feel a lot more relaxed and calm when ever anybody is annoying me just letting it go over my head,, yes I dose take a week or two but you will feel the difference after time

This shilijat is absolutely rubbish 👎🏼 upon opening the jar there’s no smell as you usually get from other brands it is quite thin and watery also very weak taste also no after effects or benefits 🤦🏼‍♂️🤷🏼‍♂️ an absolutely waste of money..I’ve had a much better product for almost half the price..shame on the person that sold it 🥷🏻 waste of almost £20 never again

After a couple of weeks a did start to notice the difference in my energy levels better and my mood and mind set it does what it says
