While using the Merriam-Webster Arabic-English dictionary, I noticed several pronunciation inconsistencies. For instance, the Arabic term for "main office" is written as "مكتب رئيسي", but the pronunciation provided is "Maktab a'ala," which is incorrect. There are other similar issues throughout the dictionary. I previously used the Collins Dictionary app, but it also had problems with inaccurate pronunciations. I expected Merriam-Webster to offer higher quality, especially given its reputation.Additionally, the font size for Arabic is quite small, making it difficult to read, especially for beginners who rely heavily on the dictionary for accurate pronunciation and writing.Overall, while the dictionary is functional, it falls short of being an excellent resource for learning Arabic.
