These have a strong flavor like burnt dirt which I think is normal for this item. They are in a bubble pack which you would think would protect them from moisture, but it doesnt . Every other one I pop out is sticky and cannot be removed from the packaging.

So I’ve been taking this product for a few weeks now and I do notice a drastic improvement in my energy levels as well as my mood. I will purchase this product again.

I didn't see the benefits of using this. The tablet is small but has a not so great taste. I tried it under the tongue for a couple of weeks, to get use to the taste, then swallowed it, but nothing happened. I didn't feel anything. Taking it felt the same as not.

I only have to take one of these to feel it’s affects. I take them at night now because it makes you feel so relaxed.
