I am so glad liquid IV made a sugar free option! It’s not as sweet and easier to drink. Smells great, even better ingredients. Helps my body feel more hydrated! 5/5 for sure

A few years ago my wife and I discovered these hydration packs and make sure they are always stocked wherever we go. I have dealt with migraines since I was little, and a big factor for me is dehydration (before you say "JUST DRINK MORE WATER" -- it's more than that.) While these don't get rid of my migraines, they are a big boost in helping with my meds to take the edge off. We are also avid boaters and these are lifesavers after a long day in the sun for a refreshing boost. They are also AMAZING to take if you've indulged in too many adult beverages and are starting to feel bad. Taking one before bed and in the morning basically removes the hangover feeling. They are also GREAT if you are sick or have the flu and need to hydrate. I love that they have the sugar free versions too if you are trying to diet or doing the KETO diet. Not sure if they qualify as KETO friendly, but if there isn't any sugar, that's good enough for me. Overall I would recommend these things. They've saved my life more than once (not literally...but it beats praying to the porcelain gods...)

I was not a huge fan of liquid IV when they first came out. They did not taste good at all. But these new flavors are delicious! Green Apple is so good and so is the peach!!

This was a good price for this item. I didn't care for the raspberry melon flavor, but that is just a personal preference. It was more melon flavored than raspberry.

I can’t live without this stuff. It’s amazing at rehydrating. Also makes drinking water more fun. I will split the packet over the course of the day so it’s not too sweet.

My favorite electrolyte drink powder. Love the sugar free options and easy to carry on the go! After drinking this I can definitely tell a difference in how I feel. Flavors are great too!

Very good flavor, and I don't think these taste obviously sugar free. The raspberry melon flavor is especially delicious. There is a lot of flavor in one packet, so a little goes a long way. Mixes easily into water, better than other electrolyte powder mixes I've tried in the past. Convenient to use. I think that overall this is a very good product.HOWEVER-- I do feel that there should be a warning somewhere on the packaging about the possibility this has to cause an electrolyte imbalance in your system. Electrolyte imbalance can cause things like confusion, upset stomach, nausea, diarrhea, heart palpitations, and even seizures (although a symptom this severe is probably very rare). I had only a THIRD of the packet in 8oz of water and drank it quickly. Throughout the day I had slowly drank the first 2/3 of the packet, and this 1 packet was the only electrolyte-enhanced drink I had had all day. Within 5min I had heart palpitations so strong that it caused a sudden, intense light-headedness and I legitimately almost passed out while driving. I was fine but it did scare me quite a bit. Shortly after I also suffered moderate stomach issues.In summary, I think it would be responsible to include a warning somewhere. Enjoyable drink, but use with moderation and caution.
