Bought this for my mom as a Christmas present and she loves it. The watch was easy to setup and easy to operate and makes her life easier as it connects to the apps she uses everyday on her phone. She also loves the look and she can use different watch bands. Great quality and functionality.The customer support is great. My mom's cat decided to chew the charging cord and I asked support to buy a new one they were fast to respond and very helpful with a new power cord.Highly recommend the product (for any age) and buying from this store as the support is excellent!

Absolutely LOVE my watch. Works great, looks good. Battery lasts a long time.

Easy setup, with my phone’s Bluetooth to receive calls and texts. I liked the pink and rose gold color and the many watch face options though many require another small fee per watch face. Battery life has been good. Issue- the side button digs into the back of my hand as the face sits flat on the wrist. I bought a similar Smartwatch (black band) that sat up higher on my wrist and didn’t dig into my hand as much. I do like the many health features, tracking stress, sleep, 02, and can be set up to remind you to drink water or take a break.

This is a good product. The battery life is excellent. It synced seamlessly with my phone. It is very comfortable, and sound quality is great. I love this watch, and I highly recommend it. Good product, great price. Better quality than products costing hundred of dollars more.

I love this watch the only thing is the oxygen count is far from correct I have copd and it always shows my level at 97% ! The other features seem great. Good quality I’d buy again

Bought it to replace my fitbit luxe that is shutting off periodically for no reason. Wore them both to test. Heart rate, sleep seem to work okay but step counter is way off. This morning,: fitbit 88 steps. This thing 554 steps. So won't work for me. For the price other functions seem fine.

So easy to install on phone, keeps a very good record of everything

I love my new watch. I replaced a Fitbit. This newest has much more features and gives me lots of good information. The only negative I have found is how easily the screen scratches.
