Amazing purchase
An outside company wanted to charge $2200. I Purchased this fire brick and mortar from Amazon for approximately $86 and did the job myself very easily very effectively. I’ve burnt several fires with absolute confidence in the product.

Works,one out of 4 boxes had no Styrofoam
Have ordered 5 boxes now,and all is good. One box came with no Styrofoam around bricks to separate them. But they were fine.good product

The bricks are lighter weight than others I have used. They were packaged well so that none were broken.

Great for firing pottery in the kiln
The media could not be loaded. I bought these as tools to use in supporting my bee pollinators. They worked great in the bottom of the kiln to brace my ceramic pieces between for glaze firing. My plans are to drill holes in them to create a piece of kiln furniture to stick the flower stems in to fire without getting glaze all over. Great value for the money. If using them in the kiln, be sure to run them through your kiln through a bisque fire to cure them before use!

Fire brick
These were not real brick, they were extremely light in weight and still easy to break. But they are fairly easy to cut
