I’ve been using this computer chair for about three weeks now, and I’m genuinely impressed with the quality for the price. Assembly was pretty straightforward — took me around 25 minutes, and all the tools were included.The cushioning is firm but comfortable, offering great back support during long hours of sitting. I especially appreciate the adjustable lumbar support and armrests. The mesh back keeps it breathable, which is a blessing during long work sessions.The build feels sturdy, and the wheels roll smoothly on both carpet and hardwood. It has a nice sleek design that fits well in my home office setup.My only gripe is the seat depth — if you’re taller, you might find it a little short. But overall, it's an excellent mid-range chair that balances comfort, design, and ergonomics.Would I recommend it? Version: 2025, Pro. I have used Jupiter for 3 years before I got this new one.This is the most value for money chair on the market. I have no idea how they sell such a remarkable product at this price, but they do, and we are lucky. I considered chairs from featherlite, sleep company, and zodiac from GS, but this is a clear winner, nothing else competes.The pro chair has extra thick cushioning, horizontal seat adjustment, padded armrests, excellent new mesh and back support. The gas lift also feels more premium than the last one. Overall the upgrade is worth paying for.Customer support:I have experienced the in-warranty support from Green Soul before, and it is top quality. For my last chair I just sent a video and they replaced - Gas Lift, Seat, and arm rests without asking questions. They asked money for the technician visit but the reinstallation was easy enough to do on my own.What could be improved:- The chrome base is low quality and WILL break in a year if you are plus sized. I had to replace the base of my old chair twice and this looks like the same base. if you are average weight, this is not a negative and you should not worry.Other Feedback:- The new seat cover feels less durable, the last one was better.- The intelli-adjust backrest should come with a tension adjustment screw - it sometimes moves too quickly and gives a feeling of falling back.

The chair is really superb and very comfortable. It's wire mesh is really amazing and headrest is cozy. The width and depth of the seat and it's cushioning is very soft and good for sitting for long hours. The chair is perfect for work from home arrangement. The installation was also done promptly by the carpenter and he was very supportive person. Thank you Green Soul for all the assistance. The chair is really value for money.
