First time drone purchaser. This drone has been AWESOME. My son loves it. It responds well to controls, and flies fast and high. The video is good quality. It has an auto-return feature that works great and kicks in automatically when battery is low.There's a beginner mode to limit how far and high it can go; a cine mode designed for smooth video; and sport mode for flying fastest. The functionality has been incredible. The battery lasts 'a long time' according to my son and doesn't take too long to charge.We are having an issue with the second battery, and so far customer service has been very responsive and says they'll replace it.Although we don't have another drone to compare this one against, it has been a super fun, and an eye-opening experience in terms of what these little drones can do. We love it.

The customer service team had exceptional customer service.I originally gave this drone a 2 star review because the camera did not come with a stabilizer. I need the stabilizer to be able to capture the footage I need for my edited videos. They quickly gave me different recommendations for drones that do have that feature and allowed me to exchange for the one I needed.This drone is perfect for a beginner flyer that doesn’t care too much about the video quality. It’ll get your footage and pictures you want but, they do come out a little shakey. Some people wouldn’t even care about it.The app itself was very easy to use. There was some minor bugs and freezing but nothing that would stop me from continuing to use it. When you select the auto return home button, the drone comes back fantastic and lands soft but, it crashes and freezes the app and requires a restart of controller, app and phone. It didn’t bother me much because I would restart all and fly again. But this only happened when using return home so I ended up bringing drone back manually and landing manually and that fixes it.Also this drone is actually extremely stabile in the wind. I had it out in pretty windy conditions and it did really well. The video quality lacked because of the wind and no stabilization but overall good drones.For the price you really can’t beat it and with their customer service I would buy these again just because of that alone.Thank you Ruko

Setup was straightforward, and the instructions were clear even for a first-time user.The camera quality is excellent for a drone in this price range—crisp 4K video and sharp stills. I was also really impressed by how stable it is in the air, even on windy days. GPS positioning, one-key return, and follow-me mode all worked flawlessly, making it easy to fly confidently.Battery life is solid (about 20 minutes per battery), and with the extra battery included, I got plenty of flight time for each session. The carrying case is a great bonus and makes it super portable.Overall, the U11 Mini punches above its weight in terms of features and performance. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a reliable, user-friendly drone with great video quality and smart flight modes!

I’m rather new too drones, but as far as I’m concerned it’s a really good drone for the price I like the fact you don’t, flys great I thought the connect time could’ve been alittle fast but still great, it also could be alittle safer. With like an automatic shut off when it flys into a tree or something. But really great drone.

This is my first drone (age 40) I have no experience flying this or the rc planes my boys have. It was so easy. No crashes. It has a great landing auto pilot thing that eliminates any hard landings.I really bought it in hopes of good video quality. Winner!! Fantastic clarity and live stream.Super fun to fly. Way under priced for what I got.Plus with other company bans in the news, this was a clear choice to make. A++

I’m really impressed with the Ruko U11 Mini 4K. The drone is easy to fly, has smooth controls, and the camera quality is great for a beginner like me. I had an issue losing my drone, and Joyce and Elaine at Ruko support responded quickly and professionally, offering a free replacement due to still under warranty. Highly recommend both the drone and their customer service!

I give this five stars because of price vs product and customer service. I bought this drone because my other drone a DJI became to difficult to get new batteries, being an older model. I didn’t want to pay 500 for a new DJI mini. I am a California realtor and needed a drone to get aerial pictures on listings. This drone is a little.a little shaky in flight and I was concerned the picture quality would not be up to my standards but to my surprise was very clear and takes nice pictures. I am happy with the features of this drone, it is very user friendly and also fun to fly. I would recommend this drone for anyone that is looking for a decent drone for a good price.
