Excellent product very easy to use I can recommend it and a great price.

Do not buy, barely works.
The drawer takes about 15 tries to get to shut and barely wants to open when the button is pressed, and the drive sounds unhealthy when your disks are inside. It has taken 10 minutes to read a 3 minute single song off a CD, I think it could have just arrived defective or something but do not buy this. - I'm not even sure if i'm going to be able to get my CD out.

does not burn cds only plays them, plug into your highest gps usb..
this will not burn cds ive not tried dvds but i dont suppose it will either all it does is plays cds not tried a dvd its no good to me but cant be bothered for a tenner to send it back, waste of time spend a bit more on something else. further to my review i plugged this into my computors 3.0 usb socket on windows 10 and it now works perfect so i take it back.....

For Win 10 or earlier.
I found out ghat this unit is not compatible with windows 11 but as it was so very cheap, I am not bothered as zi will be able to use it on my old win 10 clunker.

Faulty, returning for a different brand.
Don't bother, buy cheap but twice springs to mind!The first signs were the spelling errors on the packaging, the second sign something was wrong was when I took it out and the disc drawer was open. I plugged it in, th green power light came on and the drawer wouldn't open or close. I checked my laptop and it didn't even recognise that a device was plugged in.So I've started a return and have bought one that's 3x more expensive but far more likely to work coming from a known brand.Build quality - obviously poorCan't comment of speed and ease of use as it didn't work.

Perfectly satisfactory
A drive for less than a tenner, thats amazing. Its been chugging away converting CDs to Mp3s for a while now, all seems good.

Plug and play...
I have a ,Windows 10 laptop that cannot be upgraded to 11. This laptop has no DVD drive but I have an install disc for Ubuntu 24.4. Just plugged the DVD drive into the USB port and I now have a very fast laptop running the latest version of Ubuntu. Dead easy to use and the laptop is no longer scrap!
