I've been getting more interested in Korean skin care for a while now since so many of their products have great formulations. This serum was a welcome addition to my routine! I have combination skin, and I frequently have a hard time getting serums to absorb into my skin. I didn't have that problem with this, though! This is a very lightweight, opaque white serum that quickly disappeared into my skin, leaving moisturized. There's no obvious scent to this serum, which is great. I used it with my vitamin C serum and was concerned about irritation with my sensitive skin, but I had no problem there, either. I took off one star only because I haven't had enough time to see how well it really works. But, with these ingredients I have high hopes!

The APLB serum has a runny consistency, so it takes a bit of massaging to absorb fully. However, once absorbed, it leaves my skin feeling soft and smooth. I appreciate that this serum is fragrance-free and doesn't sting. It has a cooling, refreshing feel upon application, though not in a mentholated way. The finish isn't quite tacky, but it definitely feels like a step before moisturizer. I had been using it with their facial cream, which takes away the tacky feeling and has a nice plumping effect, but the cream sometimes stings my face. The serum has a nice, lightweight texture that absorbs quickly into my skin. I've noticed a subtle improvement in my skin's brightness and evenness, and some of my dark spots appear to be fading. It's also been gentle and hasn't caused any irritation, which is great for my sensitive skin.

This has no smell and has a dropper for application.It is a bit more watery than others I have tried - the viscosity is closer to water than gel, so pay attention putting some on your hands because it will want to run off. - It's not as thin as water, just less viscous than a gel.The price for ampules is all over the place and this falls into the more affordable option at $18.It does absorb quickly and doesn't leave any tacky feeling. It also makes a noticeable difference in hydration - the skin looks more hydrated than without it.I would order this again. The minus one star is for it being runny enough to run off my hand before getting it on my face. I wasn't expecting that so I lost some to the floor.

I got this serum to help lighten the dark spots on my face. The ingredients are top notch. I am happy with the results so far. I do see that my spots are a little lighter. I have not experienced any rashes on my skin and I am going to to use up the bottle and see if there are any further results. My skin looks good and the serum works well. It is hydrating enough where I do not need to add a moisturizer.
