The product is good and a very good waxing experience.. no hair left after wax.Few instructions to be followed:1. Wax mixing should not be done with hand otherwise your nails will change its color and palm becomes harsh. Not sure if this is a herbal product, why it is happening so..2. They say not to use hand or dye brush, and since there is no brush provided inside, one must purchase a suitable one. I wish they provide suitable brush with the package.In general a question, we need to apply wax on our fingres and while wiping we must use hands which apparently our hands touch it, not sure how to avoid that
