Great for iPod Mini
This works great for flash modding an iPod mini. I tried one of the cheaper adapters before and didn't have any success. Restoring the pod would always fail. Trying again, replacing the generic adapter with an iFlash, it restored successfully the first try. If I ever flash mod another iPod, I won't make the mistake of using something else again.

Didn’t work for my iPod minis
I bought two of these adapters, one for a 2nd-gen iPod Mini and one for a 1st-gen. While they technically worked, I encountered issues that make them unusable. Both adapters drained the iPod batteries even when the devices were completely powered off. Once the batteries were fully drained, I couldn’t recharge them. When plugged in, the iPods didn’t have enough power to even start the charging process.I tried using different SD cards, but the problem persisted. However, when I swapped back to the original mechanical drives, the iPods powered up and charged normally after being plugged in.

Works with iPod mini
256 microsd card, inside an SD adapter, inside this sd-cf adapter.. works inside my iPod mini 2nd gen .. very happy with the result
