Eh. It works and the price is low, but it could be better
Does it work, sure. Is it too small if you have length? yes. the soft parts that are supposed to make a seal are not great. there isn't enough cushioning there to get a good uniform seal. Seems meh overall. It is cheap though so there is that.

No lasting effect.
This must be designed for those with low or poor blood flow. I consider myself to still be a healthy man and while this did cause a slight increase in size, because it's in a vacuum, its effects were gone with a few seconds of removal. i just don't see the point. Quality wise the parts are fine. It does create and hold a suction.

You have to pump constantly
It doesn't hold suction, The pump leaks air so you have to pump constantly to maintain vacuum. I guess it doesn't pay to try and save a couple bucks, I should have spent a little more and bought a better quality.

Like:- simplicity- suction- priceCould improve- only one size adapter (small) so need plenty of lube to get started without discomfort; acts like a ring- add medium and large size adapters

not great--if you are going to use a pump save up and get a better one
As others have noted, the design of this pump is lacking. The seal is poorly designed in a way that is probably supposed to accommodate a range of sizes, but mostly makes it leak for all sizes.The device itself is fine and maybe a good way to test the waters, but even there I have concerns. Pumping can be dangerous and do real damage if done improperly. A cheap device like this is going to appeal to first timers who do not know what they are doing, and then the poor design is going to encourage them to overdo it.So I'm not a fan of this device. Spend the money and get a high-quality device and do some research and do it right if you are going to do it at all.
