These taste better than any elderberry gummies we've ever tried (and we've tried A LOT). They're soft and a little sour, not over the top, but depending on your tolerance could make you pucker. Both my kids and I love them.

I got this because I like Elderberry for helping me with the occasional seasonal sniffles and what not. And I also like all the other ingredients this has. I like the B-6 for possible red blood cell production increases and I like the Vitamin C and Zinc for their possible antioxidant action to support a strong immune system. I like the B-12 for its role with energy increases. I like the Selenium for it's possible help with blood cell production and how it may benefit hair and skin. What I really like with this brand is that there is only 11 Mcgs of it ( Selenium) or 20% of the recommended daily amount. Many brands from what I have seen will not put enough in it or usually way too much. It is thought too little could be a factor with hair loss and on the flip side of the coin it is thought too much could result with the same effect but more so. So this amount of it in this brand is right in the sweet spot IMO. The Bacillus Coagulans is thought to help with lactic acid protection thus possibly aiding with digestion. So all in all a very nice blend the way I see it to help make each day one that is ready for action. Now I do wish these were sugar free and lower in Carbs. I also prefer Third Party Lab tested. I do however like they indicated the Elderberry came from "Trusted Farms". It is my experience that when taking a blend like this with Elderberry, I have more confidence in my ability to do better with my health regardless of what might come. I definitely thank myself for doing something rather than nothing to try to help my body have some kind of support. These are delicious and taste like a deep Grape flavor which I really like.
