fantastic way to brighten up your heart and mind
this sad lamp works extremely well. it's light and easy to use. the 3 different light settings are very useful and all can be lit at 3 different brightness levels. I would definitely recommend this to a friend.

My dog blind loves it!
My Blind doggy LIKES it! I set it up by my sofa and he jumped up and sat right in front of it, on the arm of the chair! He must be able to see some light through his cataracts and the brightness of this shines through. We all see dogs like to lay in the sunshine.Me? Not sure yet. Watch this space!

Invaluable tool for countering the winter blues
I was a bit skeptical as to whether or not these things actually work, but my personal experience of this so far is that they definitely do. Definitely takes the edge off the SADs if you're prone to that.Relatively inexpensive and definitely easy to use. Even if you don't struggle with your mood in the winter, it makes a pretty cool desk or nightstand lamp as it has various modes and intensities. I'm very happy with it.

Excellent product. Compact and effective.
We needed a compact, packable SAD lamp and this is perfect. Its pretty tough and nicely flat- so easy to pack and it's survived multiple hotels and trips in a case. the lead is not very long- so be aware but suited us fine as we travel with an extension as hotel plugs are never where you need them. Very reasonably priced and does a great job.

Very good
Good a bright for the price. Doesn’t get too hot and the timer functions are useful when I cant bring myself to get off my gargantuan backside to turn it off. The different light settings are also useful. Would recommend.

Bright
Turning this lamp on is what I imagine it’s like to see god- it’s BRIGHT. It makes me feel more alert, if I close my eyes I can imagine it’s sunshine. As for effects on seasonal depression I definitely think it is helping in combination with drinking plenty of water, exercising and taking multivitamins. This year is a better year so far

Works well enough
Gets pretty bright, seems like it should work well enough. Doesn't take much space on a desk.
