The manual helps to better understand how to use the blender; this includes how to wash it, what can be put into it and what not to, how to store the product, what to do before use, and the different light levels that help to manage the battery better, etc. There is a max line to help with the amount of juice or smoothie that needs to be in it. The product has to be charged before using it. The product can be charged once a month to keep it from malfunctioning. Information on the manual is also on the box, so you don't have to open it in order to understand the use. A day after I received the product, I started using it and was able to blend my fruits to make juice. The blender is very useful, especially when traveling. The product came with a strainer, cleaner, and charger, as well as a portable lid. The lid can be used to replace the base, making it easier carry anywhere you deem fit. The blender itself is packaged in a plastic sack to protect the product. When the bottle is removed from the base, it can be easily screwed on; you just have to line up the red arrow with the product logo and start using the blender again. Don't use any harsh cleanser and also be careful cleaning the blade area and the base, the base doesn't need to be washed; you can just use a damp cloth and wipe. The steps are easy to follow; there is no need to panic when using it for the first time, just read the manual and you'll be fine.

I bought this for my grandmother to make smoothies and it works great. She is 80 years old and is able to use this blender fairly easy. Blends well especially for such a great price!

I bought this to have for road trips. My husband wanted me to do a test run because he was concerned it wouldn’t blend bulkier smoothies. I tested it out with a half of banana. 4 frozen cherries, a third cup of frozen blueberries, 2 tablespoons of peanut butter 2 tablespoons of flaxseed, a half cup of Greek yogurt and filled water to top to max line. Initially when I started it, I got blinking red light indicating that the blades were stuck. It was an easy fix, I just needed to get more of the liquid to the blade area. I mixed it up a bit and it gave me a little more room to add a bit more water. In doing this, I double clicked the power button and it ran for the 30 seconds which it automatically stops as a safety feature. There was a little yogurt clinging to the upper sides so I push it to mix in with a small rubber spatula and ran it for another 30 second round. Everything blended smoothly and there were no chunks remaining. At first sight it was questionable whether it would be strong enough to handle the job, but it was adequate and will be very handy on those long road trips. Good value!

I've started making protein shakes and hated to use and clean the big blender. This little machine is super easy to use and clean. The only con, if you can call it that is that it's not super powerful and sometimes it does not completely blend the protein powder and milk. But not bad enough that I would give it a negative review. I have been using it daily for around two weeks and have not had to charge it since the first time I got it. Long battery life.
