The pathetic experience is i didn't used it for once . Now I want to use it . Bt I'm not able to switch on the device . It's fuly charged but still not about to switch on . Not worth it

Today I received order and I tried over all light are good but when I am touching on my face manager automatically working on first gear and massager giving a pinching sensation that's why I am little afraid of using it is is any harm when it will pinching or it is designed like that to give pinching sensation with massager kindly recommend
