like most people i enjoy a few inches of extra height but the most insoles in the market are very flat and do not support the arch of your foot. So I thought as advertised these insoles would at least have a but of arch support. However firstly, they are as flat as the other insoles i have tried and the heel is very high whilst not having any support at the front side of your foot, so not orthopedic at all. Secondly, the material they have used is extremely soft, therefore when you take each step the insole compresses and decompresses by a large amount making it very unstable to walk on and makes the back of your foot scratch up and down to the back side of the shoe, which causes foot blisters.These insoles are not orthopedic neither do they fulfill their purpose of height increase at all.DEFO NOT RECOMMENDED!!!
