Convenient and worth buying if you're a home cook
5 stars for providing the safety gloves. I've used this to cut potatoes for side dishes (gratin) and vegetables for salads. It's quick, sharp(!), convenient and relatively easy to wash by hand.

razor sharp, and a handy bit of kit
a great piece of kitchen equipment, fantastic for regular slicing, however its a bit hit and miss trying to do cross cut slices, maybe it's because I've only tried it once?The instruction booklet isn't very explicit, and could do with more instructions!
