I've been taking traditional remedies turmeric and ginger (usually combined with black pepper) for years in pill form for joint support but thought gummies would be a more fun way of taking them, especially as I'm trying not to eat sweets at the moment but miss them! Forever and Always Supplements Turmeric & Ginger Gummies come in a pot of 120 which, as the dose is 2 a day, means it's a 2-month supply.Unfortunately, they just don't taste pleasant, like stale orange squash, and I had to rinse my mouth out after taking them. They do need to be chewed and not swallowed which is a shame as that means you have to taste the gummies which are slightly smaller than a penny and larger at the base than the top.These are not sugar-free gummies but they are vegan, for those who need to know. They have a long shelf life, the expiry date is sometime in 2026 but it was hard to read what month that was. And the label itself had ink smudges. It's a small point but it just didn't feel like the quality I was expecting.3* – A very unpleasant taste, despite the long shelf life, they just tasted stale and I had to rinse my mouth out. It's such a shame as gummies are usually fun and pleasant to take instead of pills. These also aren't sugar free but, sadly, that doesn't translate to flavour. They just missed the mark for me. I was also surprised not to see black pepper as one of the ingredients together with the turmeric and ginger which are traditionally all used together for joint support

If you want to supplement with turmeric and ginger for any benefits you're hoping for there's two ways to do it, capsules which contain a powdered form, and gummies like this. One of the advantages of gummies for supplements is to get away from the taste or texture of horrible stuff. Creatine powder is a bit like drinking chalk, so you might not get on with using it in that form. The other advantage is you can chew them, so there's no issues with swallowing large capsules or tablets with gummies. Price is the big disadvantage of the concept though.Turmeric and ginger you could obviously put in your food but perhaps you don't like the taste of either or both? Do you really want to taste them in gummies then?Now, I'm no spice fan but I didn't find the taste of these objectionable as such, just strong enough and with a spicy ginger aftertaste, that I could see others being put off by it. There's an orange flavour in there apparently but while I'm sure I'm tasting it, it's overpowered by the active ingredients.I've had other supplements in gummie form where they were just as pleasant as sweets you'd buy though and these definitely aren't that. It's like the difference between normal mints and extra strong ones. Definitely not something everyone will like.If you like the gummie option and don't want to use the much cheaper option of capsules though, and you like the taste of turmeric and ginger or spicier foods, I think you'll be fine with these. There's no actual quality issues I can find and I don't think they made a mistake on flavour, it is what it is. They do solve for the problem of difficulty swallowing large capsules obviously.

I love taking vegan gummies instead of tablets, it's so much easier and it makes me more likely to remember to take them. You get 120 turmeric and ginger gummies in the bottle which is a 2 months supply if you take 2 a day, or a 4 months supply if you only want to take 1 a day. They have great health benefits, so they're already great to take.The seal came off when I unscrewed the lid and is stuck inside it, so I don't know how attached it was, but I could hear it rip off (I'd rather pull it off myself though!). The orange flavouring is nowhere near as strong as other gummies I've tried, the turmeric and ginger flavours come through and leaves a little tingle on your tongue - it feels perfectly fine, but one thing to note if that will bother you.

The media could not be loaded. Contains glucose syrup sugar and sweetener, why the sweetener and what sweetener is in it exactly? There is no info on this, it breaks a fast as it contains almost 2g sugar per 1 gummy. dosage is 2 per day that's almost 4g sugar per day. The glucose syrup sugar also spikes my blood sugar levels. My problem is the sugar, now all my teaching, learning and understanding of sugar glucose syrup is actually counter productive against energy, healthy joints, immune system, liver function and even digestion. but that's sugar for you.Take out the glucose syrup sugar and tell us what sweetener is in this, I took 2 stars off because the product breaks my fasting, and there is a lot in here 120 gummies that's 2 per day and that is 60 days of no fasting. I don't like that. It's taste is good and lasts 60 days, that's about all I like from it sorry.

Easy to swallow gummies, with no scent or taste, and seem to be good value for money. The product arrived quickly in nice packaging, that does what it says on the tin.
