I am genuinely impressed by the quality of this product, especially considering its affordable price. Installation was remarkably straightforward. I purchased the compatible harness for my Ford Expedition, and the wiring process was completed in just 15 minutes. Naturally, routing the camera cables and connecting it took more time than the actual radio installation, but it was surprisingly easy overall.Having installed many radios in the past (though it has been some time), I found this unit incredibly user-friendly, making it quick to set up and start using. The sound quality is excellent, and the screen is both clear and highly responsive. My Android Auto connects seamlessly every time, and the apps function flawlessly—this being my first experience with Android Auto, I’m thoroughly impressed. The camera quality is sharp, and radio reception is strong.One aspect that stood out to me is how quickly the unit boots up. I’ve read reviews of other radios where slow startup was a concern, but this one performs efficiently in that regard.Additionally, I must commend the customer support team for their outstanding service. While the company’s website is still under development, the documentation directs users to their Facebook support team, who have been consistently responsive. After inquiring about firmware updates, they requested a screenshot of my version information and provided detailed step-by-step instructions to perform the necessary updates. They even offered to create four custom logos and wallpapers for me, which they promptly delivered after I sent the files.Overall, my experience with this product has been extremely positive. Given its quality and affordability, I highly recommend it.

I don’t normally write reviews until after extended use of a product but will make an exception for this one. This is a fantastic head unit for the price and I figure if it fails in a few years I will still be ahead of the game. Quality seems excellent! Installation was fairly easy with the provided detailed instructions. Installed this in a 2011 Mazda CX-9 using Metra dash kit and harness. Fit is great without the provided trim pieces. Also added SWC unit to control from steering wheel. The included backup camera is a plus! All works great post install. Pairs right up with iPhone via BT and I’m up and running with CarPlay. Radio reception is strong. Sound quality is fine using OEM speakers (volume is crazy loud if needed). Customer service was outstanding; I emailed post install with purchase and firmware version info per their suggestion and requested a Mazda boot logo and firmware update if available. Response was within 4 hours! They sent download links for both along with update instructions and the updates installed as expected. Furthermore, customer service followed up the next day to make sure all went well. That kind of service is rare so I’m really really pleased with the entire purchase and customer service experience from this company!

This radio works well. Despite information on the product page (updated now), this radio connected wirelessly to my iPhone 12 for Wireless CarPlay. (From the description, I had thought this would require a USB cable.) The actual FM/AM radio seems full-featured, but I barely use that and can't review it. I'm also not looking to blare my music.I use this to play music and podcasts via Apple CarPlay, and use the clear display for maps/navigation from my iPhone, and a backup camera display from a rear camera I purchased separately.I didn't install the included "front camera"; I will probably add it later to assist on navigating boulders off-road.PROS:- Connects wirelessly to Apple CarPlay.- Clear, vivid display.- You can set brightness in Settings for both day and night (headlights off/on) so that it doesn't blind you at night.- Convenient physical volume knob with push to mute/unmute.- Backup camera guideline overlay (optional) can be adjusted in settings to work best with your camera.- Ability to set a reduced volume when in reverse.CONS:- No physical forward/back buttons to skip song track, etc. You have to use the touchscreen, which I find slightly distracting while driving.- 2-3 second day between shifting into reverse and rear camera display coming on.- Slight gap at bottom of radio when installed in my vehicle. YMMV.- No ability to turn off the radio when you want it to go away. (I have to mute it.)- No button to shut off the display (I'd like this at night sometimes when it's too distracting.)- The offers of "free firmware upgrades" seem to lead nowhere online - unless you want to pay for a customized screen background.(My steering wheel doesn't have radio controls buttons; that would help with forward/back without having to temporarily stare at the screen.)
