A One Week Review
I’ve taken these for a week now (full dose first thing in the morning) and this is what I have observed:1. Fuller between meals and eating less.2. More regularityI have not seen any dramatics with weight loss or energy but again it’s only been one week. However, food has yet to “run right through” yet I will acknowledge my gut is pretty durable (example: coffee doesn’t involve any rush to a bathroom like many joke about) so I’m content taking these and then commuting to work or going to the gym.I am going to keep taking it at least for another month to see if it helps with appetite balance and continued regularity.Update: second shipment arrived broken (photos) - thankfully Amazon did a one-time return but considering they only will allow this one time, I’m discontinuing use.

they get the job done!
Have been taking these for a few months on/off, and they seem to work. No negative side effects noted.I like that they come in a dark glass bottle, good branding as well as good quality supplements.

Some Nice Fiber
I do find that this is a good, easy-to-take fiber, and I do take a minimal dose every day. I'll probably ramp up the quantity after I've adjusted a month or two. My physician's office recommended some fiber, and I can't count on my usual foods to supply that. It's nice that this product includes some extras, too, but it does come at a cost. Seems rather pricey for fiber. I'd compare it with simple fiber powders. Capsules are convenient though -- I'll be the first to admit!

Psyllium husk & lead. Hopeful this brand is an exception.
I really like these. I take powdered fiber which works as well, but is more of a pain to prepare than a capsule. The powder makes me feel fuller after drinking, is messier and is another darn cup to clean. I dislike washing dishes, especially when the diluted orange flavored powder dries before I can rinse the cup. It's like glue!So yes, capsules are my preference. These are German made, well presented in a glass bottle and are high quality. This was sealed well so I have no worries about freshness or tampering. The powder I buy is over $20 for 57 servings. Unfortunately the powder does not state the amount of psyllium husk per serving so that is unknown and hard to compare. This product has 2200 mg per serving (4 caps).Wow... Actually after checking the label of the orange powder, I just realized a warning that it exposes the consumer to lead and other chemicals when ingested. Sheesh. I googled this and will not be taking the powder or just any commercial psyllium husk again due to dangerous levels of lead unless high quality, pure and not requiring a warning.I am trusting this brand since I could not find any mention of high lead contents related after checking online. I did send a message asking about this to Clav and I'll update if I get a response.Writing this review sure educated me though! Nuts and sad how trusting we are as consumers.

Effective
This “Colon complex” supplement works as described! The capsules include fennel and caraway in addition to psyllium fiber, and they seem to work better than psyllium alone. They are a little spendy but we’ve been very happy with them and will likely continue to buy.

Easy and convenient to use
I got these to try when I was having a very rare couple of days of irregularity. One dose and I was back to normal. I took for a few more days, and then put the jar away for future use as I normally do not have any issues. It has been well over a month since I used these and I continue to be comforted by knowing that should I need them again, they are there.

Not a bad product but buy whole psyllium husk instead
These are good psyllium supplements but there’s absolutely no reason to take psyllium as capsules. Just get a larger size powder container and mix with water or juice. Much cheaper.

Interesting combination to help my digestive function
These capsules come in the old fashioned glass jars medicine and chemicals used to come in at the pharmacy many decades ago. The exception being the security aluminum film covering the opening. That's important today, but I recall the days when this added security wasn't needed. I've been taking psyllium powder for years to keep me regular. I hate taking it on trips though as it's messy to handle in strange environments. Capsule versions like this product make it much easier. In fact, it's usually more important I take my psyllium on the road where my routines are all mixed up. These capsules seem to be of very good quality. I like that they are made in Germany, a country that is known for quality products and manufacturing safety. From the short time I've been using these capsules I would say the work as expected in providing the added fiber I need. What I am interested in seeing is how the combination of psyllium husk, calcium, fennel, and caraway extracts affect me over a longer period, so I will continue to monitor this, as I believe there is some benefit expected from this combination beyond what psyllium provides. Overall, I think this is a good product with and interesting combination of ingredients.
