The unit is packed with features and offers great overall value. The phone app works reliably—perfect for turning it on before entering the room—and it integrates seamlessly with Amazon Alexa for voice control. Highly recommend.

This fireplace is great. Looks beautiful, sounds realistic, fairly straightforward installation. The dimensions for the opening are tight; would recommend adding a quarter inch all around for easier installation. Also we did not receive the correct log inventory, but it still worked out.

Looks great. Better than some more expensive brands. Quiet. Great colors. Using the app gives easy control of all features.

Very high quality. For the price. I say that because you can spend a lot more money on these things but not get that much better product. I ended up returning the high-end version because this one was adequate for my needs.

The media could not be loaded. The unit is clean and looks nice with good controls via the remote but we see this "searchlight" issue that might be a defect in this unit? Returned the unit for refund but would buy again if that is just an anomaly with the current unit.

So far, all great. We've used it for heat, used it for decor, and are happy. Seems to be well made.
