Why can't I install my saddle onto the SAFORT seatpost? The saddle rails seem wider than the seatpost top clamp

The SAFORT post fits all saddles with 7x9mm rails. Slide the wider rail end along the groove instead of inserting it vertically. This design secures the fit but can be tricky to install. See the product page video for help

I ordered a 30.4mm seatpost, but I received a 27.2mm seatpost. Was it sent in error?

No error. Since most brands only produce 27.2/30.9/31.6mm posts, if yours is a different size, a adapter is needed to adjust. We’ve included one with the 27.2mm post to save you from purchasing separately. If it’s missing, please let us know

Is this suspension seatpost compatible with my carbon fiber saddle?

Most likely not, as most carbon fiber saddles have 7x7mm round rails, while our seatpost is only compatible with 7x9mm oval rails

How do I measure the diameter of my seatpost?

Check near the bottom of the seatpost for the diameter, which is usually marked with numbers like 27.2, 30.9, or 31.6, etc. You will need to remove the seatpost from the bike to find this marking

What length of seatpost do I need? 365mm or 580mm?

It depends on the bike size (e.g., folding and mountain bikes have different adjustable heights) and rider’s height. For reference , if your old post is 300-400mm, try a 365mm post; if it’s 500-620mm, try a 580mm post
