This item is beyond my expectations due to the amount of content included. While this could be considered for personal use, there's so much material here that it might be suited for a book club or similar group. The colorful pages and changing formatting throughout will keep me engaged as well as looking forward to turning to the next page.Pros:-plenty of material to provoke deep introspection-includes stickers at the back of the book-colorful designs and formattingCons:-the binding could be tighter because the back page is trying to pop out of it

Get motivated.
The media could not be loaded. This is a fantastic book. I love it. Honestly, it’s a book. If you’re just dealing with about anything with in your life whether it’s depression, anxiety stress this is a book that will help you focus on yourself because you have to take care of yourself first. It is one book and, it goes about your own personal journey your own mental well-being and physical well-being. It goes chapter by chapter nice and slow to help you pace yourself chapter 3 is practice makes purpose I like how they put that together they have workbook tools, and then they have a second part of the book, which is connecting to your purpose, is essential to a life well lived And that goes into chapter 4 getting started with your practice like I said it slowly breaks it down. You can just go over a little bit at a time. It does have parts that you can write in, so it’s your own personal book for yourself it helps you pace yourself on where you are now so you can learn to be where you want to be. It’s just a really good book on chess, self-love, self growth and self care that is just amazing. There is so much in this book. If you started a New Year’s resolution and didn’t complete it or didn’t even start it, just get this book. It’s really going to help you see things from a different perspective.I hope this review is helpful.

Really cool workbook for personal development.
I really like the colorful layout and design of the workbook which makes it fun to go through while making you feel great about taking steps to improve your life and your outlook on life. It has many questions, lists, ideas and exercises that will help you become your better and then best self! It's great to also work on with someone else or use in a group!
