What can be said it does it’s job and with Amazon there is the convenience of having a heavy product delivered to the door.

My order turned up promptly but with brown tape all over them as the bags had split open, either due to delivery company or bags just not robust enough. The company kindly offered refund or replacement, but I declined as they still seemed full.The product is good.

I’ve now used 4 25kg bags and now there’s a lot of dirt / debris floating around and stuck to the sides of my softener tank. I’m not certain it’s due to this brand of salt as I previously used others but I never experienced this with Hydrosoft for the 2 years I was using only that brand. Wondering if anyone else has noticed this?
