Effectiveness:I thought I would give this a try since nothing else works at age 61. I really feel like it helps rev up my metabolism. My work outs are spotty, but trying. Working on diet with it, but that also can be spotty. I really do think it helps. My weight is down, and I’ll keep on using.

I had high hopes but this product didn’t help me lose any weight or feel like I had more energy. It did make me have diarrhea for weeks… so I’m nor using it anymore and I wish I had t bought two months worth.

Holy yes! I would highly recommend this product. I suffer with cravings and have a low digestive tract, not a great combo. So I tried this. After a week I felt less bloated, no cravings at all, and don’t feel like eating 10 snacks a day (exaggerating). I have not weighed myself, but with working out I am sure I will lose the weight I want to lose.
