I haven't noticed any real difference...
I started taking these last week, taking 2 tablets in the morning before breakfast, which I presume is the staed dose of 12,000mg.After around an hour & half after taking I get a slight pressure in my head, which lasts around a quarter of an hour and a slight discomfort in the stomach and that is it. I don't notice any other effect.I will finish off the bottle and see how that goes and report back of any positive (or negative) changes.The tablets are quite small and easy to swallow and I didn't taste anything really. I think it must be my metabolism, because there's quite a lot of positive feedback on these.I've rated these 3 stars at the moment, which I consider a neutral rating and will adjust if anything changes.
