Great customer service and a great fan
We ordered this fan a year ago for our outdoor gazebo to help keep bugs away and provide a cool breeze. It works great and provides great air flow. The light is nice that it can be dimmed and has different settings. We lost our remote and messaged the seller on how to order a new one (also works via a phone app). They are sending a new remote no questions asked. Great customer service!

Fan Doesn't Work
It was very easy to assemble and install in my gazebo. It looks good and I like the aesthetics but unfortunately the fan doesn't spin, it hums but won't turn.UPDATE!!!Returned for a replacement and the fan still doesn’t work. The light turns on so I know it has power.

Quiet and powerful
Very nice fan for my setup. Quiet and powerful. I haven't tried to set up the app. Remote works fine for us.

Good purchase
The media could not be loaded. Perfect size for my screen porch. Not too tricky to install as a plug in fan. It also is very quiet and looks nice. Love the remote.

Became noisy after the first storm.
I'm hoping this is a fluke because I feel like this should be an easy 5 star review. Out of the box, the fan was super easy to setup and control, moves a good amount of air for how small it is and was very quiet; thought it would be perfect for the space. Unfortunately, we had a decently bad rain storm a few weeks after I installed the fan and even though it's an outdoor fan approved for such use, the motor was immediately MUCH louder after the storm and hasn't gotten better over the last year. I sent the company a support email but already bought a slightly nicer fan and I'm throwing this one in the trash.

Silent, strong, excellent light options
The fan looks attractive, relatively easy to install (Instructions are written by a non-English speaker) and all the parts were available. The levels of blade speeds are 1-6 and you can feel the strength even on level 1. Lights are dimmable and have blue, yellow and white options. We are very pleased with the fan that took 1-2 hours to install.

Defective
When I opened it, it had some scratches which I didn’t really care, but when I installed the fan, it was making a noise and the blades wouldn’t turn, found the problem after spending few hours and wasting my time the black round part was seizing the blades, tried few times but still it wasn’t working, finally I had to return it.Also the LED lights are held by a very low quality of magnet, No screws to hold the light so it can drop in the light cover very easily.It was a bad choice for me.
