Wonderful Item
This was actually a Christmas present for my granddaughter. She absolutely loves it. The case itself is wonderfully made. Um, sturdy, very handy.Definitely purchase again or advise somebody to purchase

Decent item overall.
I got this item to go with another gift for my daughter. Overall I think it’s great I just gave it 4 stars because of my own personal preference. On the silicone case, it comes with tape strips in the inside to stick to the device and I just don’t like the thought of doing that possibly leaving residue on the device. Not doing that does cause the device to come out if handled a certain way which is unfortunate. The hard case is great, has pockets to store charger and what not. Overall a decent product. Easy to use. Just wish the fit was better on the silicone case or there was a way to put the shoulder strap on the hard case for better functionality.

Not durable
My kid has had this for a month and the strap broke off which made the zipper come off. Unusable now. Its cute, but not made for normal wear and tear with kids.

We gave this case to our grandson for Christmas to hold his Bitzee interactive toy. It is well made, and he is delighted with the gift.
