We hae a Miele S512 Cat & Dog Plus which is perhaps 15 years old now - if not older. Motor going strong but occasionally some of the parts need replacing. Just this week it was the curved end hose. I needed a new part to for mile hover as the plastic on the end had broken and jagged. I was concerned about the price when I looked on Mile own website , as it was extremely expensive. So I googled the part and amzon came up. I was concerned it might not be the right part but as it was reasonable priced. I decided to go for it.It fitted perfect, good quality, and reasonable priced. So my doubt subsided and best choice I made was to buy it from amzon.👍👍👍

Brilliant replacement for a broken hose on my 10 year old miele which still works like a dream. Definitely worth replacing parts as they break with age and this is way cheaper than buying an original but does the same job

I’m using this on my Miele S2111 which is many, many moons old at this point and highly battered.As we lost part of the original pipe this is a timely replacement.It fits to the bendy bit of the hose nicely with a firm click. Fitting into the steel pipe is less secure with some additional force required and the clock is not as secure as the original.The design of this is also slightly different with the bend being slightly shallower however this doesn’t impact performance.I’ve dropped a star for the fitting on the metal pipe end because I’m not satisfied that this is a good lock or that it will last as long as our old one has done if removing and replacing the pipe as often as we do getting into corners etc. time will tell and if it lasts I’ll update the review.Overall though I’m satisfied with the replacement.
