Great product

Bought to diy LMNT (they have the recipe on their website) and this is one of the ingredients. Works well, dissolves easy enough. Would recommend.

I use it as a cost effective replacement for the discontinued Urocit -K potassium citrate tablets, prescribed for managing kidney stones

I stopped eating out, fast food, processed food (mostly) doing my own cooking and have gotten real sensitive to salt, plus having some constipation. It SEEMS that a teaspoon or so in the morning every day fixes these issues, and so far, have not had any adverse effects that I can tell. I guess my circulation gets a little jumpy right after I take it but not too bad, and it tastes wretched, even with a couple tablespoons of peanut butter powder.

I'm giving only 4 stars as I've only been using this product for 3 days. I will update in a couple weeks.I was looking for a supplement for electrolytes that might help with the headaches I get when intermittent fasting. This is the 3rd day of taking this and I have not experienced any headache and can make it to my 2:00 break fast meal.I have noticed more kidney activity (urination). Which is good in my opinion to keep the kidneys flushed. I don't believe it to me extreme urination as I don't experience any head aches and am not light headed that would come with dehydration.I received the product promptly with packaging in good order. I like the packaging, it's air tight and easy to manipulate.I will order this product again. Jill
