Has some design flaws
The two legs that open are attached with a cloth strap. I don't know how much weight can they handle and looks like whoever designed it tried to be cheap and instead of using metal they used a cloth to save money.I had an urgent need and couldn't return it due to the timeline and hence I kept it, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.

Returned...
The two parts of the ladder are connected with a nylon strip (the kind used in duffle bags 🫣) and not a folding metal strip.One look was enough for the decision to return it... even the thought of climbing that ladder was scary 😵

Good Ladder from Asian Paints for domestic usage
This ladder is excellent for home use, don't buy it for commercial purpose.

Not so sturdy, but holds up
The supports to hold this ladder in stable state are 2 pairs of nylon straps, which some times feels unstable while climbing up the ladder adding to it is the plastic embedded steps. Looks great though and weighs less
